KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions, seeks a full-time Fabrication Technician for its Green Bay facility on the 3rd shift (10pm–6am). A $1.00/hour raise is provided within the first year.

You will operate metal fabrication equipment, perform quality inspections and support the cell with various tools. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; mechanically inclined candidates with manufacturing experience and a strong teamwork

Qualifikationen

• Mechanically inclined with manufacturing experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn new processes and shift coverage.

• Operate equipment that manufactures metal frames.
• Quality inspection of components during production.

Job Description

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Fabrication Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 3rd shift. Job Duties

• The Fabrication technician operates equipment which manufactures the metal fabricated frame for product being produced.
• Quality inspection of the components being produced
• Operate fabrication equipment in the cell such as Robotic Welders, Hydraulic Banks, Saws, Benders, Drill Presses
• Operate tools required in the cell such as hand held drills/screw guns, riveters, impact tools, screw drivers, wrenches and any other tools that may be required in the area.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift

• This is a 3rd Shift position
• Hours are 10pm-6am Sunday night – Friday morning
• Starting rate of pay is $19/hour plus a shift premium of $3.00/hour
• Overtime during busy season
