Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager in the United States to optimize upstream and downstream supply chains, strengthen supplier relations, and manage inventory efficiently. You will lead a team, drive Lean Warehouse practices, and align with SIOP strategies to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline.
• 5+ years supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Kinaxis hands-on experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Data Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Manage upstream supply chain to ensure optimal customer service levels and inventory performance.
• Work with suppliers to improve flexibility and responsiveness of the upstream supply chain; manage supplier performance.
• Optimize internal supply chain strategies to minimize logistics costs and align with material delivery processes.
• Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) to fulfill customer orders; coordinate with manufacturing for resources.
• Update material master parameters and replenishment strategies (RLT, MOQ, stock policies).
• Design and implement upstream and downstream flows; ensure inventory accuracy and cycle counting.
