SPC Mechanical in Elon, NC is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead fabrication work crews and ensure safe, on-time installations. You will monitor workmanship, coordinate with the Fabrication Supervisor, and maintain quality and schedules.

The role requires strong inspection skills, the ability to read and interpret documents, and effective communication with customers, employees, and managers. Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Field experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardizations.

Responsabilités

• Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications and schedules.
• Maintain quality and tolerances of machinery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers in a timely and professional manner.
• Is available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
