Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fabrication operations to meet KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
• Oversee welding, finishing, and other fabrication processes to meet quality standards and production deadlines.
• Coordinate training and ensure correct equipment use and safety practices.
• Develop and review production schedules, capacity plans, and KPI boards.
• Prepare production/status reports and communicate issues to leadership.
