Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the fabrication department. This role requires hands-on leadership in metal fabrication and a proven track record of guiding a team in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will manage, mentor, and train fabricators while ensuring safety standards, quality, and on-time project completion. This position is on-site in a manufacturing environment and requires strong blueprint interpretation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Three plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures (QAPs).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• High levels of organizational and time management skills.
• High levels of analytical, observational, and active listening skills.
• Pass drug and background checks.
• Ability to lift 50lbs+ and perform physical duties.

Aufgaben

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring safety and production goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Assign tasks based on skill and project needs; balance workload.
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Monitor schedules and adjust staffing to prevent delays.
• Oversee setup and operation of fabricating machines.
• Ensure products meet dimensional and quality requirements per blueprints.
