IMMI Westfield, IN seeks a Fabrication Supervisor/Manager to lead the team of technicians across CAPE test centers. You will ensure high-quality results, maintain safety and confidentiality, and drive continuous improvement in fixtures, test prep, and documentation.

The role partners with engineering, operations and scheduling to meet customer timelines, uphold SOPs, and maintain strong operational metrics within an ESOP-driven environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in product testing, fabrication, or related technical field with 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with fabrication, assembly or testing equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, test plans and data
• Familiarity with electronics, tools, software and equipment; able to obtain necessary certifications

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop fabrication technicians for high-quality work and growth
• Coordinate daily operations to meet CAPE benchmarks and on-time delivery
• Oversee design and installation of fixtures
• Review test requests and prep docs for completeness and clarity
• Maintain compliance with IMMI safety policies and CAPE procedures
• Oversee equipment preventive maintenance and documentation
• Contribute to SOPs and process improvements
• Assist with CAPE facility tours and protect confidential information
• Coordinate after-hours/weekend support for urgent tests
• Collaborate with CAPE leaders to develop new testing capabilities
