Job summary

Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, seeks a Fabrication Supervisor for its Gibbon, NE plant. You will supervise crews, ensure product quality and food safety, and drive production efficiency while mentoring staff and enforcing GMPs.

The role requires English communication, math aptitude, and flexibility to work varied shifts; experience in SQF/HACCP/SOPs is preferred and training in safety and GMPs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must communicate in English effectively.
• Strong math aptitude and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in varied temperatures and PPE.
• Must complete safety and GMP-related trainings (SQF, HACCP, SOPs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain crewing to meet production requirements.
• Supervise employee relations and monitor attendance, safety, and performance.
• Direct production to improve efficiency and meet schedules.
• Review production reports and schedules daily.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and food safety standards.
• Train and enforce GMPs; reduce downtime.
• Support employee development and provide feedback.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork and safe work practices.
