Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, seeks a Fabrication Supervisor at our Gibbon, NE plant to lead production, ensure safety, and drive efficiency. You will oversee crew, enforce GMPs, and coordinate with shifts to meet output targets.

The role requires English communication, math aptitude, and the ability to work in variable temperatures with PPE. Training in SQF, GMP, HACCP will be provided and expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Must have a high math aptitude, be assertive, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in varied temperatures around moving equipment with PPE.
• Ability to work extended hours Monday–Saturday with overtime as needed.
• Must complete required trainings: Safety, SQF, GMP, HACCP, SOPs, food defense.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain adequate crewing to meet production requirements.
• Supervise and monitor employee relations (attendance, behavior, injuries, hires & terminations).
• Direct production to maintain or improve operating efficiency.
• Be familiar with production reports and daily schedules.
• Ensure all products meet customer specs and food safety standards.
• Train and enforce GMPs; monitor downtime and seek reductions.
• Provide feedback and development for employees on skills and procedures.
• Promote safety and quality in daily work.
