Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. seeks an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the fabrication department. The role focuses on efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and developing team members with hands-on metal fabrication leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of fabrication processes, and excellent leadership and communication skills to drive productivity and safety across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing fabrication.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures (QA) and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring safety and production targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Assign tasks based on skills and project needs; balance workload.
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Oversee setup and operation of fabrication machines and equipment.
• Ensure products meet dimensional/quality requirements per blueprints.
