Safran Seats is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Gainesville, TX. You will oversee production flow, promote safety, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sheet metal fabrication or related processes, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and experience with MRP systems and blueprints. Relocation assistance is not stated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience in production processes and related machinery.
• Must know MRP systems, scheduling, and blueprints; MAPICS experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write in English and operate standard office equipment.
