Kloeckner Metals Corporation is seeking a Fabrication Sales Assistant to support the Fabrication Account Manager with essential administrative duties for designated customer accounts. You will handle data entry for shipping, pricing, and POs, and enter and track sales orders with accuracy.

You will also monitor raw material inventory and transfers between facilities, input fabrication production data, and maintain daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fabrication Account Manager with administrative tasks for specific customer accounts.
• Process data entry for shipping logs, POs, pricing, and related information.
• Enter Sales Orders/Confirmations based on customer POs.
• Track raw material inventory and transfers between KMC facilities and OOP locations.
• Input production data for fabricated components as directed.
• Update daily reports and account management tools.
• Support Fabrication Account Managers as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to drive company goals.

Job Summary

The Fabrication Sales Assistant supports the Fabrication Account Manager with various administrative duties related to specific customer accounts.

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to successfully drive the vision and mission of Kloeckner Metals
• Processes data entry related to shipping logs, PO’s, pricing, and other information
• Complete Sales Order/Confirmation entries based on customer PO’s
• Assist with entering orders and tracking raw material inventory and transfers from KMC facilities to OOP locations
• Input OOP production of fabricated components for accounts as directed
• Update daily reports and account management tools
• Assist Fabrication Account Managers with various duties as required
• Other duties as assigned
