You will handle data entry, order processing, and inventory tracking across facilities to help drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Efficient data entry for shipping logs, PO's, pricing, and other information.
• Resolve problems in a timely manner and work well in group problem solving.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively in various situations; listen and clarify.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time to support organizational goals.
• Have basic math skills and proficiency with spreadsheets/databases.
• Experience with Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fabrication Account Managers with administrative duties.
• Process Sales Order/Confirmation entries based on customer POs.
• Enter orders and track raw material inventory and transfers between facilities.
• Input production data for fabricated components for accounts as directed.
• Update daily reports and account management tools.
• Provide support to internal/external customers to drive company goals.
