Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Project Fabrication Coordinator to support the project team in coordinating day-to-day fabrication and material needs, including pre-assembly and scheduling.

You will collaborate across departments, manage shop drawing BOM reviews, maintain fabrication schedules, and promote accurate inventory practices to keep projects on track while adapting to changing priorities. Infrequent travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job-site materials, fabrication and pre-assembly per project schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve fabrication factors affecting projects.
• Assist in establishing employee and pre-assembly performance metrics.
• Requisition materials for pre-assembly and field as needed.
• Manage all pre-assembly for projects, including documents and drawings.
• Create labels and direct employees completing pre-assembly.
• Schedule fabrication and update delivery dates based on project needs.
• Maintain fabrication schedule priorities and communicate with PMs.
• Update Smartsheet to track materials and deliveries to projects.
• Coordinate shop drawing BOM review and takeoffs for material needs.
• Promote inventory processes to ensure accurate on-hand data and stock levels.
• Review detailing spool packages with supervision and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve process flows and project execution related to materials.
