Job summary

ENFRA is hiring a Construction Logistics Manager to lead site logistics, organize materials, and oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of equipment on a major project. You will coordinate delivery schedules, supervise a sizable team, and ensure accuracy and safety in all material handling processes.

The role emphasizes planning, vendor coordination, and rigorous adherence to project timelines, with travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of large-scale logistics management experience.
• Ability to oversee large crew, plan their work and verify tasks are being completed within the allotted time.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations and materials used in plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Experience with delivery tracking and inventory control in a construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving team and ensure staff are trained in safe unloading procedures.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for equipment, pre-fabrication, and materials.
• Attend staff meetings with delivery tracking updates for planning purposes.
• Oversee distribution of materials and prefabrication to keep field productivity.
• Oversee quality control by expediting inspections and confirming material matches documents.
• Inspect and track tools; prepare returns to fabrication shop when not needed.
• Track rental tools and arrange returns with the project team.
• Manage fuel, water coolers, and site utilities as needed.
• Receive and verify deliveries; address discrepancies with PM/superintendent.
• Communicate with Superintendent to resolve backorders and material status.
• Verify materials against work tickets and order forms for accuracy.
• Label and organize material as it leaves the yard; maintain storage areas.
• Maintain inventory records and report findings to project management.
