Job summary

Eaton’s EPG CPD Power Components Division in Beaver, PA seeks a Production Manager - Fabrication to lead the fabrication team to safe, high-quality, and efficient operations across multiple shifts.

You will drive production scheduling, OEE targets, continuous improvement, and workforce development while partnering with engineering, quality, and maintenance to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fabrication or manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Ability to coordinate across production, quality, maintenance and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Supervisors and Fabrication Operators to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Direct daily fabrication activities to achieve yield, on-time delivery and OEE objectives.
• Manage production scheduling, staffing, shift coverage, and overtime across multiple shifts.
• Resolve production, quality and customer demand issues and escalate when needed.
• Coach and develop supervisors, oversee training and performance evaluations.
