Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first environment and promote practices to prevent incidents.
• Oversee manpower allocation, maintain 5S+ standards, and meet productivity goals.
• Address safety concerns promptly and report issues with required follow-up.
• Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators; provide ongoing coaching and reviews.
• Maintain positive employee relations and apply disciplinary measures when needed.
• Keep attendance, performance, and departmental timecards accurate for payroll.
