Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division seeks a Quality Supervisor for our Beaver, PA facility. You will lead Quality Technicians, drive continuous improvement, and act as the voice of the customer to improve quality, reduce PPM, and ensure EQMS, EBS, ISO 9001, and customer requirements compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of quality, operations and/or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or leader of people.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Quality Technicians, including training and performance management.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts within the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive quality performance improvement and PPM reduction; ensure corrective action effectiveness.
• Develop and implement quality tools and methodologies (Control Plans, SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE, Six Sigma).
• Interface with customers to address quality issues and drive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with EQMS, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
