Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 1st Shift. This is an on‑site position based at our Beaver, PA facility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,250.00 - $122,100.00 a year. Salary is a general guideline and is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

Eaton is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor at a dynamic manufacturing site supporting the rapidly growing demand for its electrical solutions. The Power Components Division aims to be the premier circuit protection, monitoring, and management business and is committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a safety‑first environment and promote safety practices, including implementing safety programs to reduce workplace accidents.
• Oversee manpower allocation within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ standards while meeting or exceeding productivity expectations.
• Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed. Report process and equipment problems to relevant personnel.
• Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills, providing ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions, applying fair disciplinary measures when required.
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and departmental activities, and maintain employee timecards for accurate payroll.

Qualifications

• Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or operations environment.
• No relocation benefit is being offered. Candidates must be within a 50‑mile radius of the specified job location(s); active duty military service members are exempt.
• Immigration sponsorship or support will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change activities.
• Working knowledge of current manufacturing, engineering, materials management, and quality assurance methods and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate employees.
• Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and understanding.
