Job summary

Eaton's EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division seeks a Storeroom Supervisor for our Beaver, PA facility. You will lead daily storeroom operations and supervise hourly staff to ensure safe, efficient material support for manufacturing and maintenance.

Key duties include standardizing inventory practices, cycle counts, and 5S; prioritizing material flow to meet production schedules and customer commitments; and driving accountability through audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beaver, PA facility will be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily storeroom operations and supervise hourly employees.
• Establishes and maintains procedures for the department(s).
• Standardize work processes, inventory practices, cycle count execution, material transactions, and 5S.
• Prioritize material flow to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Coordinate staffing, training, cross-training, vacation coverage, and absence management.
• Utilize ERP systems to monitor operations, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports.
