Job summary

Eaton Corporation's EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division seeks a Production Manager - Fabrication at our large facility in Beaver, PA. You will lead fabrication operations across multiple shifts, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure on-time delivery.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates within the United States; the role offers growth in a major manufacturing environment and the chance to develop Lean and 5S practices with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Supervisors and Fabrication Operators to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Direct daily fabrication activities to meet yield targets and on-time delivery commitments.
• Manage production scheduling, staffing, shift coverage, and overtime for multiple shifts.
• Resolve production and quality issues and escalate when needed.
