Job summary

Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent / Manager to lead multisite shop and field operations for complex construction, fabrication, and installation projects.

This Direct Hire role offers a salary of $100-$140k plus full benefits and requires willingness to travel up to 90% across project sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, jobsite logistics, and project execution.
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Excel and project scheduling, budgeting, or ERP systems.
• OSHA 30 preferred; rigging, forklift, NFPA 70E, and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Must be eligible to access ITAR-controlled technical data: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication, assembly, delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, temporary labor, vendors, and site operations.
• Plan staffing, schedules, materials, equipment, budgets, and project milestones.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee material receiving, inventory, deliveries, shipping, and site logistics.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety documentation, and project records.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, unions, customers, and internal leadership.
• Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety requirements; lead regular safety meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure quality installation.
• Provide hands-on technical support and skilled field leadership as needed.
• Travel extensively to project sites - up to 90%.
