Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No immigration sponsorship or related programs offered.
• Within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC; local candidates preferred.
• Preferred: machine operation certificate program.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up equipment per blueprints and instructions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards with PPE and 5S.
• Interpret blueprints and travel documents; work with Finn Power, Prima, laser equipment.
• Measure parts using tape measures and calipers; inspect for defects.
• Identify process improvements and perform root cause analysis.
• Cross-train in other roles and support team as needed.
