Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Fabrication Technician II for the Hodges, SC facility on the 2nd shift (3:30 pm–11:30 pm). Pay is $20.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

The role prepares aluminum and copper busbars, sets up heavy machinery, and ensures compliance with EHS standards while maintaining 5S+ in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Comply with EHS guidelines and maintain 5S+ standards.
• Receive assignments from supervisor or production control system.
• Enter data accurately into the data collection system and interpret drawings and instructions.
• Set up and operate heavy machinery (Weidamatics, Optishear, band saws, coil machines, drill presses).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and handle materials safely.
• Handle loads up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs; use material handling equipment.
