The role emphasizes 5S, safety, and training, with cross-shift collaboration to ensure smooth hand-offs. The position offers a 3:30 pm–11:30 pm shift, a base hourly rate of $23.77 plus a $1.00 shift differential, and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation offer; within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction of work for the fabrication team.
• Plan and coordinate schedules to meet customer requirements and quality targets.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage; enforce 5S in all areas.
• Train new fabrication workers and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee inventory, material handling, and coordination with other departments.
• Identify process improvements and report production metrics.
