Candidate should have 3–5 years in printing, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and a shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the printing industry.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organized approach.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in meeting customer and company needs.
• Ability to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information.
• Able to switch between projects under stressful deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound customer orders.
• Prioritize and direct department workflow with leadership.
• Ensure assembly integrity through monitoring processes.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production requirements.
• Monitor issues and receipts for work orders.
• Quality check each job according to ticket specs.
• Assist Fulfillment Manager in headcount planning for workload.
• Learn existing equipment and train on new equipment.
• Troubleshoot production problems to maintain productivity and quality.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by management.
