Job summary

Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation in Hillsboro, OR seeks a Site Operations Manager to coordinate FSE teams for FAB sites, manage assignments, timecards and training, and report to the service manager. You will lead on-site operations, mentor EICs and FSEs, and drive improvements while interfacing with customers.

The role requires 5–7 years in service with 1–3 years of leadership, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in service industry with 1-3 years management/lead experience in a high-tech environment.
• Proficient expert on site specific equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and peers.
• Willing to travel as needed and available for emergency call-ins.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for all FSE’s at a specific FAB or FAB’s, creates and implements work assignments for all shifts and provides feedback to drive improvements.
• Creates reports, attends meetings as a representative of the Company on the site; coordinates projects through the service manager.
• May work on other projects in coordination with the service manager.
