Job summary

Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation seeks a site Operations Lead to coordinate FSE teams at FAB facilities, manage assignments, timecards, and training, and report to the service manager.

Responsibilities include leading the EIC/FSE group on site, developing on-site personnel, traveling up to 25% and ensuring safety and customer communication; BS degree and 5–7 years in service with 1–3 years in management in high-tech required.

Qualifications

• BS degree or technical education or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in service industry with 5–7 years, including 1–3 years of management in a high-tech environment.
• Proficient on site equipment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FSEs at a FAB or FABs; create and manage work assignments.
• Provide feedback to direct reports and coordinate site communications with the service manager.
• Develop and mentor on-site EICs and FSEs; coordinate projects and initiatives.
