Job summary

Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation is seeking a Site Coordinator in Hillsboro, OR to manage day-to-day CRUS operations at one or more FABs. You will assign work, track timecards and training, mentor EICs and FSEs, report to the service manager and drive site improvements.

The role requires 5–7 years in service with on-site equipment expertise, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Office-based with cleanroom exposure; physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree, technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual ability with Japanese considered a plus; may need to contact Japan for support and provide status reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FSEs at a FAB or multiple FABs; assign work across shifts and provide feedback.
• Create reports and attend site meetings; coordinate projects and develop on-site staff.
• May work on other projects in coordination with service manager.
