• Direct inbound, shipping, receiving, and internal material movement; optimize stock levels.
• Define and track key metrics (OEE, Cycle Time, Yield, WIP) and report to executives.
• Advocate Lean manufacturing; mentor teams to reduce waste and improve cycle times.
