Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Director of Wafer Fab Operations based in East Fishkill, NY. You will own the Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP and Implant modules, delivering safety, quality, output and cost improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams across the site.

The role requires strong operational leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to drive technology transfers and continuous improvement to meet long-term business objectives. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance of Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP, and Implant modules.
• Deliver safety, quality, output, yield, cycle time, equipment performance, and cost.
• Lead a large organization of managers, engineers, maintenance personnel, technicians, and operators.
• Develop and execute plans to improve output, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.
• Partner with process development, product engineering, planning, quality, and supply chain.
