Job summary

Google's Raxium team in Fremont, CA is seeking an Senior Staff Industrial Engineer to lead master production planning for the semiconductor fab. You will integrate demand signals, capacity, and yield models to optimize material flow and WIP.

The role requires advanced experience in demand/supply planning within a semiconductor fab, MES, and FabTime. Equity and bonus targets are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or operational planning in a semiconductor fab environment.
• Experience in advanced demand forecasting methodologies, processes, MRP, and production planning.
• Experience in MES and fab reporting systems (e.g., FabTime).

Responsibilities

• Architect, document, and own the Fab's Master Production Plan (MPP) integrating demand, capacity constraints, cycle time models, and material availability.
• Translate the master production plan into the weekly/daily start goals, guiding material flow and WIP management for all fab operations.
• Establish, own, and enforce official Fab planning factors including capacity, cycle time, and yield models based on current data.
• Lead partnerships with systems/software to design, build, and deploy scalable planning tools and dashboards.
