Job summary

Etched in San Jose is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Supply Chain leader to manage end-to-end schedules for silicon wafers, interposers, and test/assembly. You will coordinate with foundries, OSATs, and internal teams to hit milestones and quality goals.

You will forecast demand for silicon components, build dashboards, and drive capacity allocation with fab partners while enabling rapid mass-production ramps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience in supply chain management or production planning in semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end production schedules for silicon wafers, interposers, and test/assembly.
• Coordinate with foundries, OSATs and internal stakeholders to meet milestones and quality goals.
• Collaborate with test engineering for ATE program development, bring-up planning, and bench readiness.
• Forecast demand for silicon components and share dashboards on capacity and delivery performance.
• Prepare for mass production ramp by ensuring material readiness, test infrastructure availability, and logistic support.
