Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within semiconductor, semiconductor testing, electronics manufacturing or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading managers and multiple operational functions.
• Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, build alignment, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational leadership for a large manufacturing facility.
• Lead and develop a team of managers across multiple operational functions.
• Drive process improvement, efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Partner closely with executive leadership on site strategy and business objectives.
• Break down organizational silos and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead change management initiatives and help drive company growth.
• Build strong communication channels and ensure alignment throughout the organization.
• Create and improve SOPs, operational metrics, executive reporting, and business reviews.
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders while holding teams accountable for results.
• Champion employee engagement, safety, and a high-performance culture.
