Job summary

Evans, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to join a growing FAA contract. The role provides project coordination, implementation control, and program support across a deployment environment involving engineering, telecommunications, procurement, installation, and stakeholder dependencies.

Location is on-site five days a week at FAA Headquarters, Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining artifacts, generating reports, tracking milestones, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Work with limited supervision as part of a program management team.
• Strong organization and project-management skills.
• Experience in FAA consulting environments.
• Experience facilitating or leading meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
• Proactive communication with management and teams.
• Ability to extract information for formal reports in a large org.
• Knowledge of project/program management principles.
• Creative problem-solver and self-starter working with senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communications; attention to detail.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of deployment activities.
• Maintain project artifacts, shared repositories, and version control.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and action-item tracking.
• Develop minutes, briefing materials, status reports, and exec presentations.
• Track workstreams, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and implementation control.
• Generate program metrics, status indicators, and schedule trends.
• Support communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate technical interchange meetings between government and contractor staff.
• Conduct process mapping and workflow assessments for improvements.
• Support QA of technical docs, approval packages, and routing.
• Provide advisory and administrative support for governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with client leadership to improve processes and operations.
• Deliver tactical and strategic support to teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in client engagements from information gathering to recommendations.
