The role maintains duty/rest records, verifies CFR compliance, and coordinates with crew and departments to resolve scheduling conflicts. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile duty rosters and maintain crewmembers' flying time records.
• Enter crewmembers' names into flight schedules by seniority.
• Post extra crew on the reserve list and notify replacements.
• Select replacements and communicate schedules to crew.
• Compute and log cumulative flight time and enforce FAA limits.
• Answer calls from crew members and provide scheduling information daily.
• Handle confidential materials and assist management as needed.
