Job summary

The C-12 / King Air Army Transport Aircraft Mechanic (FAA A&P) at Amentum performs organizational and intermediate level maintenance on Army C-12/ King Air 200/350/1900 aircraft at Holloman.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and modify avionics, electrical systems, engines, flight controls, and airframe components, and maintain records per DA PAM 738-751, while pursuing US Government Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• FAA A&P Certificate required.
• Experience levels depend on union A&P tiers for C-12/King Air models (B200/B350/1900).
• Two years of A&P experience with C-12/King Air is preferred.
• Must obtain Secret Clearance and pass pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Perform organizational and intermediate level maintenance on Army C-12/King Air aircraft.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and modify avionics, electrical systems, engines, flight controls and airframe components.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins to determine repair methods.
• Maintain aircraft records per DA PAM 738-751 and ensure discrepancies are documented.
