Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair on Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Stationair 206, Cessna Skylane 182, and Pilatus PC-12 NGX in a hangar environment.

The role requires an FAA A&P certificate, 5+ years of hands-on experience, and the ability to obtain DOJ security clearance. U.S. citizenship and a valid passport are required for international travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two-year technical trade school or equivalent on-the-job training.
• 1-2 years on Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Stationair 206, Cessna Skylane 182, Pilatus PC-12 NGX.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Mechanic.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate.
• Experience in a similar position within the last 12 months.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, machines and equipment.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to retain information and make decisions per policies.
• Excellent knowledge of FAA regulations.
• Ability to enter aircraft logs and records.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOJ Security Clearance.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Valid US Passport and vaccinations for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspection and repair.
• Perform inspections (annual, phase, etc.) and related tasks.
• Support overhaul/repair, avionics, ground handling and maintenance reporting as required.
