Job summary

Pratt & Whitney’s Program Planning & Scheduling organization seeks a Planning Manager to support F135 Production contracts. The IMS is the program’s integrated management tool and, when properly maintained, guides management decisions and actions across the program.

The F135 Production Planning Manager collaborates with Program Office, Earned Value colleagues and CAMs to ensure quality IMS planning and scheduling, enabling vertical and horizontal linking, baseline management and health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience as a program planner using logic-driven scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Open Plan).
• Experience analyzing IMS quality (DCMA 14-point, DCMA DECM) and producing valid critical paths with root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge applying integrated cost/schedule techniques on DoD programs and exposure to earned-value management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of schedulers to provide quality scheduling support.
• Collaborate with cost analysts to provide actionable program insights.
• Ensure schedules are linked to perform critical path assessments and baseline management.
• Deliver program deliverables like IPMR and schedule risk assessments on time.
