Job summary

RTX is seeking a Collins Partner Program ECU Business Manager to lead cross‑functional teams across P&W and Collins, ensuring timely contracting and aligned funding. You will shape contract strategy, manage SOWs, and drive negotiations while overseeing budgets and forecasts.

The role requires a strong leader with extensive program/financial management experience, capable of building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years in program/business management or related roles; 5+ years with advanced degree.
• 4+ years leading continuous improvement projects.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure Collins is contracted timely.
• Develop contracting strategies, terms, flow-downs, funding, and invoicing.
• Coordinate SOW development, proposals, and negotiation support.
• Manage program financial performance, forecasts, and risks.
• Liaise between F135 PMO and Collins to resolve issues.
