Job summary

#1 Cochran Hyundai South Hills is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead our financing operations at the South Hills location. You will oversee deal structuring, lender submissions, and compliance while driving product penetration and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus familiarity with title laws and registrations and a PA Notary license as a plus. Join a team recognized for growth and a strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive finance experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proven record of product sales and finance penetration.
• Strong relationships with lending institutions with references.
• PA Notary license a plus.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing options and present add-on products to enhance ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability.
• Stay current with title laws and registration processes.
• Maintain necessary certifications and qualifications for the role.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Oversee expeditious funding of all contracts.
