Bergey’s Kia- Colmar in PA is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to optimize financing strategies and manage lender relationships. You will oversee the paperwork, secure approvals, and drive profitability in vehicle sales.

Ideal candidates have automotive F&I experience, a valid license, and are skilled in communicating options to customers while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in the Automotive Industry as an F&I Manager or similar experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Protects gross profit by financing strategies to protect selling margins.
• Establishes lender relations to bring customers closer to the dealership.
• Generates income through credit insurance and maintenance plans.
• Maintains all paperwork until finalization in the office.
• Coordinates and processes all finance/lease deals with lenders.
• Provides staff training on financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
