Job summary

Cochran Cars at South Hills Honda is seeking an Experienced F&I Manager to lead our finance and insurance operations. You will structure deals, explain products, and coordinate with lenders to deliver customer-approved financing with integrity.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive finance experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proven record of product sales and finance penetration.
• Strong relationships with lending institutions with references.
• PA Notary license is a plus.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing and present optional products to enhance ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability.
• Be proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain required certifications for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
