Job summary

Genesis of Cary is actively seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team in Cary, NC. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience through expert financing, transparent product presentations, and compliant processes.

You will collaborate with Sales Consultants and lenders to structure and finalize vehicle transactions, presenting options clearly and ensuring accuracy across all F&I documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender programs, and F&I products.
• Proven ability to structure transactions and work effectively with lending partners.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain financial information, financing options, and F&I products clearly and professionally.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to administrative accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Sound judgment and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the financial portion of the vehicle-buying process and provide a professional, seamless transition from Sales to Finance.
• Conduct a consultative interview to understand financing needs and options.
• Review credit information and transaction details to determine financing options and deal structures.
• Structure and submit finance transactions to lenders for approval.
• Collaborate with lenders and dealership leadership to resolve financing issues and facilitate transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending partners.
• Present financing options and products transparently and clearly.
• Explain products, coverage, costs, and options so guests can decide confidently.
• Process and complete required finance, insurance, lender, and dealership documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of finance products, lender programs, and dealership processes.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
