Job summary

ZT Auto Luxury Charlotte LLC is seeking a results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide customers through the finance and insurance purchasing process while ensuring compliance and profitability.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of automotive finance products, proven closing skills, and a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction in line with ZT Automotive’s values.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years automotive F&I experience preferred.
• Proven success in automotive sales and finance.
• Strong understanding of lending practices and dealership processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ensures expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Digital Retailing and Remote delivery experience preferred.
• High integrity and ethical sales practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance products including service contracts and GAP.
• Structure financing options by partnering with lenders for competitive terms.
• Ensure deals comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
• Explain products clearly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Review and finalize all paperwork for each deal with accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales managers and consultants to maximize profitability.
• Monitor metrics like product penetration, PVR, and finance reserve.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and product vendors.
• Stay current on industry trends and lender programs.
• Resolve customer concerns related to financing or aftermarket products.
