American Road Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic F&I Manager for Mad River Harley-Davidson in Sandusky, OH. This role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service while coordinating with dealership departments to optimize F&I offerings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a proven closing ability.
• Outgoing, approachable personality.
• Knowledge/experience selling F&I products or ability to learn quickly.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly financial targets by selling F&I products to new and used motorcycle buyers.
• Manage Business Office operations and submit required paperwork.
• Coordinate with other departments on Finance & Insurance matters.
• Follow up with customers to encourage additional sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy.
• Guide sales staff to provide accurate F&I information and assist with introductions to the F&I process.
• Obtain and process documents required by lenders and regulatory bodies.
• Protect customer privacy by securing records and data.
