PowderKeg Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the F&I department, structure deals, and present financing options with Harley-Davidson Financial Services. You will collaborate with the sales team to deliver competitive financing while ensuring compliance and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of F&I management experience in automotive or powersports and a strong track record in product penetration and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an F&I Manager in automotive, powersports, or RV dealership environments.
• Proven ability to produce high PVR and product penetration across F&I offerings.
• Proficiency with DMS, credit submission platforms, and menu selling software.

Responsabilités

• Structure financing, flex, and options to fit customer needs and dealership goals.
• Present and sell Extended Service Plans, GAP Insurance, Tire/Wheel Protection, and Pre-Paid Maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with Harley-Davidson Financial Services and other lenders for fast approvals and competitive rates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; oversee contract execution and credit applications.
• Deliver a smooth handover from sales to delivery to boost customer experience.
