Job summary

Kia of Frisco, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an experienced F&I Manager to lead financing activities and protect customers with suitable product packages. You will collaborate with lenders to secure the best terms and handle all paperwork in compliance with DMV and lender requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple financing tasks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry experience.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and lenders.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and math accurately.
• Proficient with computers and standard software tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with financing processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.
• Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.
• Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.
• Enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems.
• Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets DMV and lender requirements.
• Track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.
• Interact with sales team to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.
