Job summary

Kia of North Tucson, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an Experienced F&I Manager to join our team. You will work with lenders to secure financing approvals and guide guests through vehicle purchase paperwork, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a F&I Manager REQUIRED.
• Strong attention to detail REQUIRED.
• Ability to manage CIT REQUIRED.
• Import experience a plus.
• CDK knowledge a plus.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while helping customers choose products that protect their vehicle purchases.
• Work with lenders to obtain financing approval and complete all vehicle purchase paperwork accurately.
• Follow up on and collect receivables.

What You’ll Do

The F&I Manager provides exceptional customer service while helping customers choose products that protect their vehicle purchase. Also, you will work with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork accurately. The F&I Manager follows up on and collecting receivables.
