Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive F&I experience.
• Experience with finance and leasing products.
• Experience with lender programs and compliance requirements.
• 1+ year collaborating with customers and business partners.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and options.
• Create financing solutions meeting customer needs while supporting dealership profitability.
• Build partnerships with lenders to secure approvals and funding.
• Deliver transparent product presentations that enhance the ownership experience.
• Review and finalize deal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Monitor funding timelines and ensure contracts move smoothly through the process.
• Work with sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and results.
• Drive key performance metrics including product penetration, profitability, and lender performance.
