Job summary

Workstream in Colorado Springs is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Lead to smoothly transition customers from Sales to Finance and to build trust-based relationships throughout the financing process.

You’ll conduct consultative interviews to determine financing needs, present clear pricing options, and ensure 100% compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of F&I experience.
• Strong work ethic with self-driven motivation.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to close deals while remaining customer-centric and honest.
• Basic MS Office and computer proficiency.
• Commitment to maintaining superior CSI.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and seamlessly transition them from Sales to Finance
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and teammates
• Conduct consultative interviews to determine financing needs and payment options
• Present clear, transparent, menu-style pricing and protection products
• Process finance transactions with 100% compliance to state and federal regulations
• Prepare, audit, and submit deal packages with complete and accurate documentation
• Ensure fast and efficient funding of all contracts
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and CSI goals
• Deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back
